Kaisen-don (bowls of rice topped with raw fish) is a fish market staple, but none in Tsukiji Outer Market do it quite like Sushikuni. The toppings of rich, creamy uni (sea-urchin roe) and the salty pop of ikura (salmon roe) are generous and straight from the market. You'll smell the sea before you taste it. Also open in the evenings when most market joints have shuttered, making it a rare find for late seafood cravings.
