Creating an account requires a valid email address.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Walker accounts are granted upon approval of a walker application.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User-Generated Content

If you contribute content as a walker (experiences, photos, routes), you:

Retain ownership of your original content.
Grant Walktionary a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.
Confirm that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.
Are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Favorites, tour preferences, and other interactions are stored to personalize your experience and are not shared publicly.

5. Intellectual Property

The Walktionary name, logo, design, and all platform-generated content (including tour algorithms, scoring systems, and editorial content) are the property of Walktionary. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Walktionary provides walking tours and location information for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or availability of any location, route, or point of interest. You use the platform and follow any suggested routes at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Walktionary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

8. Governing Law
