The big one on this stretch, run by the municipality, and the beach most people staying around Kaş end up at sooner or later. There is actual room here — several separate facilities inside the grounds, sports courts, and enough sand that a family can settle in for the day without negotiating for space. It shelves in gently, which is why the kids end up here. One thing worth knowing: the sand is fine and reddish, so on a busy day the shallows can look cloudy, almost rust-tinted, stirred up by the soil and stone around it. It is not dirt. Swim out a few metres and the water comes back clear.
