A 17th-century Ottoman pavilion jutting out over the Sea of Marmara near Sarayburnu — named after the basket-makers whose workshops once stood nearby. One of the few surviving Ottoman waterfront pavilions, now used for functions but architecturally remarkable for its position half over the water.
