Two observation decks at 350 and 450 meters offer vertigo-inducing views that stretch to Mt Fuji on clear days. The base complex, Solamachi, is a sprawling shopping mall with an aquarium and a planetarium. Come at dusk to watch the city transform from a grid of grey rooftops into an ocean of light that extends to the horizon in every direction.
