Professional sushi chef and sake sommelier Ayuko leads small hands-on classes where you'll master sushi, bento, udon, and even wagashi (Japanese sweets). Classes run most days from 11am, last two and a half hours, and often book out early — so plan ahead. Vegetarian, vegan, and halal menus are available. You'll leave knowing how to roll a perfect maki and with a new appreciation for the precision behind every piece of Japanese food.
