Taksim Square's icon since 1978 — the inventor of the ıslak hamburger (wet burger). Small beef patties soaked in a garlicky, spicy tomato sauce, steamed to juicy softness. The after-hours hunger cure: stumble out of a club on İstiklal, join the queue at Sıraselviler, and inhale two or three before the night ends.
