The brainchild of sevillano flamenco dancer Cristina Hoyos, this museum spread over three floors of an 18th-century palace makes a noble effort to showcase the mysterious art with sketches, paintings, photos and costumes, plus a collection of dresses and shawls. Even better than that are the fantastic nightly concerts (7pm; €20) in the on-site courtyard.
