Amsterdam's most famous Chinese restaurant — the steamed oysters with black bean sauce are legendary. No reservations, basic decor, cash preferred, and a queue at peak times. Locals come for the whole steamed sea bass. A novel by Kees van Beijnum immortalised the place.
