Founder Shinya Sakurai trained as a tea master for 14 years before opening this stylish shop in the hope of modernizing the culture and getting more people acquainted with the art – and he’s been pretty successful in doing so. Prices are quite steep, but it’s worth splashing out for the best-quality tea leaves and tasting courses.
