Orders here are placed through the multi-language touch-screen pads in front of each diner, and dishes come zooming out on an electronic track when they’re ready. Given its location in party-centric Shibuya, Uobei is unsurprisingly abuzz with a younger crowd come evening, when hungry groups form late-night lines, eager to get the fun started.
