With a waterfall and grand spiralling staircase out front, the Misono Building was once a symbol of the high life, circa 1956. It has since fallen into a kind of decadent decay that underground culture types find irresistible, and the 2nd floor has been colonised by a strip of tiny, eccentric bars. Each one is different, each one is weird, and the overall atmosphere of faded glamour repurposed by creatives is quintessentially Osaka.
