This `Hidden Garden' restaurant with great views in Maçka wins hands down for offering the best Black Sea dishes in the region, including polenta-like cheesy kuymak, etli karalahana sarması (mince-stuffed collard leaves) and mısır ekmeǧi (corn bread). It's worth the trip in itself.
