Legendary büfe serving the streets of Karşıyaka Bostan since 1991. Famous for their dilli kaşarlı sandwich: thick melted kaşar cheese on the bottom, cold sliced tongue on top, arugula, tomatoes, and Russian salad on request. Opens at 8am and sells out around 12:30. They cut the tongue thick — not paper-thin, so you actually taste it.
