One of the oldest bakeries in the Çeşmelik/Agora area, with over 130 years of history. Opens at 5:30am and stays open until 11pm. Their gevrek and boyoz are paper-thin and impossibly crispy. Ask for extra-toasted — instead of the usual 10 minutes, they bake it 12 minutes, leaving the outside crunchy and the inside perfectly soft.
