Lovely Yasemin fronts this nostalgic cafe in the old town. Jazz soundtracks, an extensive cake and dessert menu, homemade soda and simple meals like mantı and menemem (scrambled eggs with peppers and tomatoes) done well. Caramel hits the sweetest spot and has a loyal following.
