There aren't too many bars and cafés around this area, but you'll find a raft of incredibly popular nargile cafés in the park behind the Tophane tram stop. There's nothing gained by singling out one of these joints at the expense of the others — they're all equally redolent with the smell of apple tobacco and packed with trendy teetotallers.
