The tiniest and most charming of Sinan's mosque complexes, perched right on the Üsküdar waterfront where the Sea of Marmara meets the Bosphorus. Built in 1580 for a grand vizier who only held the position briefly, its modesty is its charm. The medrese next door has been converted into a library, and the courtyard čay bahçesi is a perfect spot to recover between mosque visits.
