The largest of the Princes' Islands, where no cars are allowed and horse-drawn carriages (fayton) clatter along pine-scented lanes past ornate Victorian-era wooden mansions. Take the ferry from Kabataş, rent a bike or hire a fayton for the island tour, swim at one of the small beaches, and have lunch at Yücetepe Kır Gazinosu on the hilltop with views across the Sea of Marmara.
