Cello is a rustic wooden bar showcasing 'protest and folk music' (their words, not ours) and is a top spot for an acoustic-fuelled night combining rakı (aniseed brandy) or a few beers. Friendly locals crowd in, escaping the booming manufactured beats in the super clubs down by the harbour. Gigs kick
