You can climb the Scala Coeli (tower) of this colossal baroque church — some 166 steps to enjoy superb panoramic views over Salamanca's golden sandstone rooftops. The attached Catholic university has guided tours that run every 45 minutes. The baroque facade is among the finest in the city.
