Jamón Museum Guijuelo

Despite the rather functional name, this interactive museum is dedicated to jamón and nothing but. Videos demonstrate the production and the other embutidos (cured meats) for which Guijuelo is famous — the final room is devoted to the ritual of matanza (the slaughter). Many experts agree that Spain's best jamón comes from Guijuelo.
