Zuiderkerk

Amsterdam's first Protestant church (1611), also by Hendrick de Keyser — its elegant tower was admired by Christopher Wren and influenced St Paul's Cathedral in London. Rembrandt lived nearby and three of his children were buried here. Now an exhibition space; the tower can be climbed in summer.
