Sake Plaza isn't a bar, but who cares when you can get 30mL thimbles of regionally brewed sake for as little as 100 yen a shot? With 36 types of sake and 16 types of shochu available in tasting sets, this showroom is an ideal starting point for understanding Japan's national drink.
