Settle in on a counter stall in the luxurious space and you’ll get a front-row seat to Sugimoto shaking up a signature cocktail, which is reason enough to visit. ambling through the adjoining Tokyo Station – the busiest station in Tokyo and a magnificent work of architecture. Expect to find restaurants and even an art gallery.
