A newly excavated Mycenaean acropolis from the 13th century BC, 2km south of Apollonia at the heart of Sifnos. Most of its defensive wall is intact and there is a small on-site museum. A new surfaced road leads all the way to the site with stunning views. Adjacent is the 1700-era Church of Agios Andreas.
